Basically, everything went according to plan. Easy & prompt date for work to be done (rear brake pads), the advised waiting time was spot on, and, in between, friendly attentiveness from both sales & service personnel (notably, Michelle & Josh).

I booked the service on line but when I arrived it wasn't on the schedule for that day

My only issue is that I left my baby car seat adaptors in the hire car and never got them back, they were £30 and I had to replace them quickly as I need them daily. I was disappointed Bmw were unable to retrieve them from the hire car I had.

I fitted new tyre 3 days prior to MOT and report came back with an array of tread depths. Advised that my rear brake pads were down to 4mm and needed replacing as legal limit is 3mm which is incorrect. Legal limit is 1.5mm

The winter tyres were over inflated and all the same pressure. Not the correct pressure for normal load. Also the front nearside tyre has a very slow puncture. Now I can't pin this on BMW but if it is a poorly fitted tyre valve then it would be.
