MOT & MOT Protect.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, the Government announced an automatic six month extension on MOTs due between 30 March 2020 and 31 July 2020. Mandatory MOT testing is to be reintroduced, without the six month extension, from 1 August 2020. For further information, please refer to the Government guidance.
BMW MOT Protect is now included on all BMW models so, in the unlikely event that your BMW fails its first MOT test, replacement parts and labour are covered on a long list of key items from electrical and lighting equipment to steering and suspension. What’s more, since January 1st 2013, BMW models registered with our Service Inclusive or Service Inclusive Plus packages now benefit from an extended MOT Protect cover level. This enhancement extends the same cover level of MOT Protect to both the 2nd and 3rd MOT also.
